A Cleveland Rockers was the Women's National Basketball Association team. A Rockers were one of a original eight franchises that began within 1997. A creator was Gordon Gund, who too owns a NBA's Cleveland Cavaliers. Inside September 2003, Gund announced that his Gund Arena Company would there is no elongated work a Rockers. A team folded when a 2003 year when a league was non breathe to call for fresh ownership for the team.

History
A Rockers, world health organization had their nickname to honor Cleveland's Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, have had little profits historically.
